Terms and Conditions of Sale – Leadersante US Laboratory LLC

1. Company Information

Leadersante US Laboratory LLC (hereinafter the “Company”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the United States, with its registered office located at 4000 Hollywood Blvd, Suite 285-S, Hollywood, FL 33021, USA , Employer Identification Number (EIN) 61-1998784 , offers the sale of personal care and daily-use products (hereinafter the “Product(s)”) through its website [ www.doliderm.fr ] (hereinafter the “Website”), to individual customers of legal age and legal capacity (hereinafter the “Customer(s)”).

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Company and its Customers for the sale of Products in the United States.

By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.


2. Products

The characteristics and specifications of the Products are presented on the Website through detailed product descriptions (including format, usage instructions, ingredients, and price).

The Customer acknowledges having reviewed all such information prior to any purchase and accepts full responsibility for the choice of Products.


3. Orders

Orders may only be placed online via the Website.

Order process:

1. Selection of Products;
2. Validation of the shopping cart;
3. Entry of personal and shipping details;
4. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions;
5. Selection of shipping methods;
6. Secure payment by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered.

A confirmation email will be sent to the Customer upon validation.
The Company is not responsible for errors in information provided by the Customer (eg, delivery address errors).


4. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping costs.
Full payment is required at the time of order.
An order is considered final only after successful payment authorization by the Customer's financial institution.


5. Delivery

Products are delivered within the United States (unless otherwise specified).
Delivery times indicated during the order process are estimates only and may vary.
The Company shall not be held liable for delays due to carriers or external circumstances.

Once delivery has occurred, the Customer assumes full responsibility for the Products.


6. Returns and Refund Policy

As part of its commercial policy, the Company allows Customers to return Products within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the Products are returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are bound by the Customer, unless the error is attributable to the Company.
• Damaged or incomplete Products will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned Products.


7. Warranties and Liability

Products are provided on an “AS IS” basis in accordance with US commercial law.
The Company offers a 30-day “Satisfaction Guarantee” or refund policy as a limited commercial warranty.

The Company's liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Product concerned.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
